California Armenian Home- The Walls have Eyes and Ears

The walls have eyes and ears, there is nothing that is secret.  The only people that are destroying the California Armenian Home is the    A )Cockroach, B ) Snake, C) Rat/Rodent/and D) Parasite.
If they don't like truth about their professional shortcommings take it to court so we can get it all out in the open.

Will give you some hints on which is which, match their descriptions with their photo below.  Although I am told it is getting harder and harder to find their disgusting photos they are scrubbing their facebook accounts.  Why so afraid of the truth?  Did they get told about social media laws and working in healthcare?  Hmm  only a matter of time.

A)  Cockroach is a minimum wage activities worker and has no education about geratrics or posseses any kind of degree.  Although he claims (oops it is the only "HE") to have a degree from CSUF, professor and admission sources tell us this is untrue.  He (oops again) threatened an elderly man in front of Turner Security who has nicely documented it.  Then caused the poor man to have a heart attack and spend 1 week in the Hospital.  The "Cockroach" cannot possibly make enough money to support his kid that he parades around in the Nursing Home from time to time.  While the elderly people laugh at his feeble attempts to speak Armenian like he has some sort of class.   I am told the elderly man he victimized has some male relatives that are going to be taking care of business real soon.  One of which is now on the board.  Say "adios" grease ball.

B)  Snake is our favorite, has "anxiety" she claims (liar)  and attempted to file Workman's Comp.  According to the Workman's Comp Fraud unit, she has taken no time off or was hospitalized as her victims were and ARE.  We are told there are quite a few people at her new station that are in and out of the hospital.  Snake is clever but not unique, she likes to gossip and create DRAMA, at work she is known as the "Drama Queen" and fake kiss ass.  Graduated from Clovis Adult School (We are told with not good grades).  The Snake likes to create problems and is a total slacker,  she listens to no laws, regulations or health care privacy code of conduct.  If she is doing something wrong (which is frequently) then the SNAKE becomes the "Victim" crying Victim, Victim, Victim.  WAaaaa, WAaaa, sob sob.  You know the type?  They fuck up, then create a drama away from their own sorry behavior.  Disrespects the elderly and their families who are the customers.    Hint here, the "Snake" aka Drama Queen is always texting, and taking photos at work.  While at the same time roams freely around as if she owns the deed to the home or is in charge.  Walks into the board room and wherever else she feels like.  Can be heard on a tape crying "oh officer" "oh officer"  (Armenian Cop- stupid move)
Lets see if she is strong enough to handle herself in court again.  She is a single mother and desperately needs this job otherwise she would be at a Hospital getting the big bucks.   Too late now, she is blackballed.  Better sign up for those online nursing courses and hope you can bridge to RN, that is if your license isn't yanked first.
The SNAKE is poison to other workers and to the California Armenian Home.  Likes to shoot guns and try to intimidate others.    Snake don't mix your anxiety medication with alcohol and try not to drink and shoot out in Sanger, the cops are watching you.  Stop tresspassing on that property or at least find out who owns it, you will be surprised.  We hear the Sanger Nursing Home is hiring, that is closer to home.   Except the place is ran by an Armenian and you would REALLY have to work not pretend to work.  Just thinking of you with gas as expensive as it is and being a single mom and all.

C)  Ah the Rat/Rodent...this is the most comical.  This FAT RAT hires only people of her culture then covers for them when they make mistakes.  The RAT / Rodent has no degree in Recreational Therapy and has no business near private medical cases or knowing any information in the patient''s / resident's medical history or care.  This RAT is too busy trying to cover her own FAT ASS and that of her Buddy the Cockroach.  She frequently talks about getting drunk and partying, and distastefully puts unprofessional photos online of her and the "staff" drinking and carrying on.  Although MS. FAT RAT, has tried to scrub and clean those photos to try and protect the reputation of the California Armenian Home or is it because there is a NEW BOARD ?  Maybe all of those county, state and federal government people walking through the place is making her nervous.  The RAT loves degrading the California Armenian Home and giving it a horrible reputation.  She even now is trying to add "Spanish Services" to the program and other comical unprofessional things.  The FAT RAT is an accident waiting to happen, without proper medical background training Ms. FAT RAT is having patients/Residents do activities that are not recommended by their physicians or are cleared to do so.  Is this the face of the California Armenian Home?  Or their attempt to keep their hands on that Government money?    Remember FAT RAT, we have friends, family, board members and staff that are letting us know your moves.   We have seen over 27 people come and go from the California Armenian Home as Activities Director over the last 50+ years.  They come and they go.....the FAT RAT is no different.  Meanwhile don't let the fake title go to your head, you have no friends on the board.

D)  Parasite is sometimes called the Fish or Baracuda because of her facial deformaties.  Note, her eyes are on the sides of her head very very far apart.  It could be from the inbreding of her Molokan background (oops we gave it away)  The Parasite, has a big mouth and hates being a CNA.  Watch her comically roll her eyes and walk fast from task to task never completing one.  THen she will complain about being overworked, and that the California Armenian Home is understaffed with CNA's.  This is the reason she gives for not doing her job.  She has an alliance with the SNAKE and they all talk frequently with text messaging as if that will save their jobs.    Currently the Parasite is going to Heald College to be a Pharmacy Technician, but those online photos of her drunk did nothing for her reputation and now are in the hands of the new board members not to mention the Fresno Madera Pharmaceutical Association.  The Parasite, is lame, odd, bizarre and just plain creepy.  But she fits in with the rest of the White Trash Gang, in the end they will all throw her under the bus to save their own job.
Abuses elderly people, one old man who is now deceased was left in bed to scream out all the time.  This Parasite was always going in the room telling him to "shut up".  She also blames the LVNs for not giving her hearing aids of the patients and thinks it's acceptable to withhold hearing aids and leave an elderly person in silence.  This Parasite has lied and said she was "afraid" of a family member but fails to mention how she has screamed and glared into the room of this family member.  She loves to become "Victim" when held accountable for her professional shortcommings.  Hey parasite, go back to Kerman to the Molokan colony.  In Armenia, you Molokans are the parasites of our country not much different in the USA are you?  BTW, stay away from the alcohol it doesn't mix well with the prescriptions you take and you Russians get crazy with alcohol, cannot handle it.

So can you match the description with the photos?  Don't worry we never illegal took these photos in the healthcare facility.  These were openly posted on the World Wide Web.  Remember the Walls have Eyes and Ears.  And the NEW board is making changes.  Match the photo with the above description, have fun!!!

California Armenian Home and the Employee Handbook or lack of?

Employee Handbooks for Healthcare workers is very important as it incorporates laws and regulations that if broken are a liability for the facility in which they work.  Most healthcare facilities have an Employment and Health Care specialty Attorney draw up their handbook along with government provided templates.

Rule #1- Give the family and patient privacy, if you are asked to leave their room you should comply with this privacy request instead of refusing to leave and instead try and call the police on the farmily/resident which is the customer

Rule #2- Do not eavesdrop on family conversations that are none of your business, then repeat them under your terms.

Rule #3-Don't think for a moment you can take photos on the floor or leave your nursing station to visit, cajole and gossip with other stations.

Rule #4-Clean up your appearance and hide all tatoos.  Clean and pressed smocks free of spots and odors.

Rule #5-Be professional at all times, do not blurt out diagnosis about the patient/resident.  You are not a doctor or a Registered Nurse.  LVN bridge to RN is a thing of the past, most legit facilities don't honor the online classes for bridging.

Lastly, never threatened family members with the police and then try to talk to the police (who is Armenian) about how you have been hurt, harmed or feel threatened.  Lying to Workman's Comp is never nice.  Especially when you have never taken a day off from work due to your so-called injuries or left the scene in an ambulance.

Causing trouble is not a good reputation to have in a healthcare community like FRESNO.

For your information you poor little thing with no pull, no clout or brains.

Definition of Employee Handbook:
An employee handbook, sometimes also known as an employee manual or staff handbook, is a book given to employees by an employer. Usually, the employee handbook contains information about company policies and procedures. In the USA it may also form part of an employee’s terms and conditions of employment.  In California all workers are “At will” meaning you can leave anytime and be let go anytime for no reason or just cause.
The employee handbook is an excellent place to bring together employment and job-related information which employees need to know, such as holiday arrangements, company rules and disciplinary and grievance procedures. It can also provide useful source of information to new staff as part of the induction process. A written employee handbook gives clear advice to employees and creates a culture where issues are dealt with fairly and consistently.

When the weeds are gone so will the government audits.  Until then they remain.  Hopefully Yuba Rottenbitch will be able to handle them.  But our sources tell us, Dr. Yuba (snicker giggles) is in WAY over her head.  Poor thing has no friends.  Hopefully she found her retirement home in Croatia, so she can make that $170,000 a year last.  We all know Rottenbitch loves money.

California Armenian Home---The Farmer and HIS crop.................

Fumigation of the Weeds is beginning and the new farmers will continue the clean up

The Farmer and his Crop....................

Over 50 years ago the hard working Farmer started his crop.  He had help from other farmers to develop, build and maintain his successful crop.  With the Farmers hard work, sacrifice and love of THEIR land, not to mention their reputation, they were hailed and honored with awards, DONATION$ and more land for growth.  The Farmer's names were their honor and they took pride in caring for their crop.

Through the years the farmers died their children and community grew tired of caring for the crop 24/7.  Their children became educated and successful, they decided to put in non-farmers and pay them for their work---only the non-farmers are not educated, don't care and merely wish to hire more non-farmers.
The standards were lowered, the farmers became mere workers for money to survive.  The non-farmers don't care about the original farmer's vision, passion or reputation...they only care about the paycheck.

The standards of the crop slipped to such a low point and weeds begin to over take the beautiful and successful crop.  Money stopped flowing into the crop from the farmer's family and community.  The government's money started to be the norm because the current non-workers and volunteers couldn't raise money because of the bar being set so low.

Friends and family of new workers were hired, soon they had their own camps and loyalities covering for each other's lack of professionalism.  Always playing the victim and pointing back at the Farmer's community as the problem.  These workers are cockroaches, rodents and slackers who soon destroyed the crop to the point were the government has to send in their team of fumigators to clean up the mess.

We don't blame the original farmers, they were tired.  They allowed and trusted non-farmers to continue the vision and dream only to have it replaced with weeds and infestation to enter and destroy the crop.  The rodents, cockroaches and slackers are merely trying to feed their families and recieve little money from the original farmers.  Their very existence and salaries are now greatly dependant on the government who is watching the non-workers and requesting changes to be made.

The crop is changing, the laws and standards are going to change.  The fumigation is starting and soon the weeds will be gone.  No longer will the farmers and his community be threatened or treated with disrespect to the crop and it's well being.  The crop is the most important thing and the non-farmers have not cared for the crop as they should.  The non-farmers who polluted the crop and gave the farm a bad name will soon scatter.  Hiding behind other non-farmers don't always have your back.  You need to go, if you abuse the crop you have no place around OUR farm.

That NEW farmer will be here soon.

California Armenian Home and the Vending Machines

We now have vending machines, isn't that nice of the board to decide to make more money off of our misery and already low wages.  If this is some sort of perk, where is the money from the vending machines going to?

First it was a gym, and now this.  what's next charging for parking at work?

California Armenian Home and unlawful photography inside healthcare facility

Paparazzi who stalked and waited for a celebrity.  Rightfully pushed out of the victim's way.

Quote from an Attorney friend on the privacy of taking pictures of someone without permission.
If a picture was taken where you would expect the right to privacy, like your home, a bathroom, changing room, nursing home, etc. Then it's invasion of privacy, and subject to several different criminal charges, you can also advance a civil suit against the photographer.
More on unlawful photography taken in Hospitals and of individuals.  Mind you this is different than foolishly putting your photos out for the world wide web to see. We are talking unlawful photo shooting of individuals without permission and in a health care facility.
Read more here
Over the years, we have heard numerous stories of employees who have gotten into hot water at work because of what they've said on social networking sites. The need to vent about a bad day is natural, but when you do it online, you may find yourself venting about your work problems a lot less for want of a job.

But when you're in the medical profession, the stakes for bad social networking habits are a lot higher than just losing a job: Those who disclose patient information online can find themselves in
violation of patient privacy laws like the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, known as HIPAA. Doing this can result in not only getting disciplined or fired, but being subject to fines of up to $250,000 and even a prison sentence. Another potential negative consequence is an investigation and discipline by the professional's state board.

But that threat hasn't stopped some medical professionals from posting confidential patient information online without permission. Some recent examples of social networking HIPAA breeches include:
- A nurse who posted a patient's picture and chart on his Facebook page because he thought it was "funny" and since it was "only Facebook," there was no real harm in it
- A doctor who treated a patient over Twitter
- Emergency room personnel who posted pictures on the Internet of a man being treated for fatal knife wounds
- A doctor who asked a patient on a date after seeing her profile on a dating website
- A Rhode Island doctor was fired from the hospital and reprimanded by the Medical Board after she posted on her Facebook page about a long day at work. She never referred to the patient's name but gave out enough details about the injuries to allow others to guess who it was.

Although these are extreme examples of social networking gone wrong, even seemingly innocuous behaviors like writing about work on a blog or friending a patient on a social networking site can lead to HIPAA violations and related Medical Board complaints of unprofessional conduct.

Avoiding Privacy Violations Online

In order to address the growing problem of HIPAA violations by medical professionals, Novarus Healthcare, LLC -- a North Carolina-based company that develops mobile solutions -- is creating technology that will monitor social media sites to find HIPPA violations and evaluate the severity of the privacy breeches, which will help a medical facility take appropriate action.

Some medical schools -- like Mount Sinai School of Medicine -- are also doing their part to help solve the problem by giving future doctors tips on how to conduct themselves professionally online, as well as examples of people in the profession who have made serious mistakes on social networking sites.

Ultimately, however, it's up to medical professionals to think before they hit the send button. According to Dave Ekrem, the social media manager at MassGeneral Hospital for Children, some ways to avoid HIPAA violations online include not talking about patients, even in general terms; not posting things anonymously, which can encourage bad behavior; and not mixing your personal and professional personas in the same online profile.

If your office is posting medical photographs or video on a website, blog or social media, ensure that the patient consent forms are HIPAA compliant. Failure to do so could result in a HIPAA complaint and a breach of privacy claim.

HIPPA violation accusations should be taken seriously by medical professionals. If you've been accused of violating patient confidentiality, speak with an experienced attorney.

California Armenian Home- Preview, read, learn and forward

Read all about the California Armenian Home here and their falling reputation.   Pass it on, as in a very short time we will make the blog private for our community only.

Before Fanucchi gets nervous about too much information out in the public.  The counsel to this place has issues with Freedom of Speech and wants the image to be something other than the truth.   Lets strike a deal with the dago geezer, he works to improve the unlawful behavior and money situation and we quitely protest through the government agencies only.

Poor guy is really grabbing his nuts over the truth.

No this isn't the flag of Mexico.

California Armenian Home and what they don't want you to see

Well well, it seems the link to the info about the "so called Medical Doctor" was broken, could it be that someone is burying their tracks?

Too late, the hard copies, screen shots and dvd copies are sitting on the desk of the California Licensure of the Medical Board.

Shame on you for acting like something you are not.

California Armenian Home- A. Rodriguez Activities Director

This is the most hysterical thing in the history of the California Armenian Home.  Yuba is playing a dirty trick on all of the Armenians that she hates and further degrading the home.  She has added an Activities Director that is a Mexican chick.  Not just a "Mexican" but one that dresses, wears make-up like a Chola and is very true to her Mexican culture- Not one ounce of class can be seen in this person.
This poor bitch really thinks she is pretty.
Out drinking with some of the crew from California Armenian Home.
They should call it California Mexican Home - there are 20% Armenians in the home.  Degrading and going downhill and flipping the bird?  wow what a bunch that is.  so much class, and they fired good people with degrees for this?
A. Rodriguez a pawn in the politics of CT, innocent and unaware of what is really happening.  CT hires people that are not smart or educated, she wants people who are there to protect her and be loyal.  All those audits and all that money.............
The founding fathers are rolling in their graves again.  A. Rodriquez also hires other Mexicans, and has no class.  We are also told she has no education beyond high school.  Seems like the people over at CAH are trying hard to get that government hard in fact, they hide behind diverse names and cultures.    Enjoy the photos of Senora Rodriquez muy gorda' aka Big Bird.
Love the Chola make up - someone ought to give this disgusting person a bar of soap.  This is the image of California Armenian Home?  I hope she sues them when they try to fire her, in fact I know some good Attorneys in Fresno that will take her case for free.  There seems to be a lot of interest in this post over 75 views -- wonder why?   Keep looking at it and reading the truth and know that the future is out of your power, it is in the power of auditors and the Office of the Investigative General (OIG)

Definition of Chola:

From Urbin Dictionary

hardcore latina gangbangers. They usually have thin, arched, angry looking tattooed-on or penciled-on eyebrows, brown or dark red lip liner, 'Monroe', eyebrow and nose piercings, tats, Converse or Nikes, flannel shirts, lots of gold jewlrey (with their name and crosses), crunchy gelled or moussed hair either down or gelled in a high perfect ponytail either straight back or gelled in a design, and they go out with cholos.

A lot of regular mexican or puerto rican girls do the look but aren't cholas. A true chola is down for her barrio and is in a gang, and is as ruthless as a male gangbanger if not more. It is much more common to just look like a chola, and not act like a chola.

The chola style is common in southern California like east LA, San Diego, OC, and also NYC. In Miami they are called 'chongas'.

California Armenian Home and dwindling support

Poor Guy looks like he is ready for the home, except he will have a private nurse at his own residence, because he really thinks he is too good to admit himself in the California Armenian Home.  Notice not one Armenian Attorney is there?  Where is the staff that he professes to protect?  Any opera singers from his Fresno Grand Opera?  No, Nothing exciting here.  The woman is Eileen Ohanian, she was a French Teacher at Wawona Jr. High, now retired with a lot of time on her hands.
This is the last fundraiser given by the Ani Guild and there was barely 100 people there.  It costs more to put on these fake show of support than they actually bring in.  There is no younger people in the Ani Guild and no interest because it is not an Armenian operated nursing care facility.   This was in 2011, since then many people and groups have pulled their support of the California Armenian Home.   They should have thought about this before they destroyed the California Armenian Home.  It cannot survive on it's reputation anymore.

California Armenian Home- Audits, Audits and more Audits

While the Californa Armenian Home is struggling through the county, state and federal audits from everything to mold to HIPAA violations and privacy of patients /family members being stalked with cameras by low life staff member.  Playing "victim" will not work, the VICTIMS are the patients not your lying staff.
Continue to not correct the actions and behaviors of your staff - you can expect less and less money from the Armenian community.  Worse than the money, you have lost support.  Most do not want their family members in the California Armenian Home as it is not for Armenians anymore.  It's all bullshit.

Kirk Krikorian's Lincy Foundation snubbed the California Armenian Home and instead donated $5 million to the Children's Hospital of Central California as well as $100,000 to the Armenian Community School.

The free flowing money from Armenian donations is over.  When this facility decided to put odars in charge, they now have people who don't care about the reputation of the facility but rather only care about protecting their jobs.

California Armenian Home has some GREAT LVNs and CNAs, but the ones that are not professional need to go.  You fired PS who is an Armenian and have no problem getting rid of people for no reason.  You have plenty of just cause reasons to fire LQ, SL, JG and others.

Since the Croatian Turk (CT) loves money so much, lets see if she can make up the decline in donations with the paltry fund raiser "Old Fashion Armenian Picnic" at $50.00 a head - that is pathetic.  The Board of California Armenian Home is clueless, the only person in control is the enabler of the CT.
At $50.00 a ticket, September 15th will be the worse attended picnic, they will be lucky to make $5,000 and we all know that Richard Hagobian doesn't play for free.

$5,000 won't cover 1 patient's fee for 1 month.  What a waste of time and energy.  For what?  To prove you are some sort of Armenian facility when you are not?

There were plenty of smiles at Children's Hospital Central California Wednesday morning as it received the largest, single gift in its history.
The Lincy Foundation presented a $5 million donation to the hospital.
According to hospital officials, the gift will help provide safe and effective care to patients and their families.
The money will also be used to explore a physicians' fellowship program and increase its research infrastructure.
"This isn't a gift that happens often and it's so exciting and it will provide so much to the children in the Valley," said Gordon L. Alexander, President and CEO of Children's Hospital.
"We are pleased to be able to partner with Children's Hospital as they enhance their position as the leading pediatric healthcare provider in the region and throughout the western United States," said Anthony Mandekic, chairman of the board for The Lincy Foundation.
The Lincy Foundation is an organization founded by businessman and philanthropist Kirk Kerkorian.

California Armenian Home and why Armenian vendors are not hired

The reasons Armenian businesses and physicians are shunned from this nursing facility is for 2 reasons 1)  They don't want to deal with the dirty underhanded politics of the California Armenian Home   2)  The California Armenian Home does not want to hire Armenians for work, or contractual work because they tell the rest of the community what is going on.

Lets start with the unit dose medication for the patients.  Even though Model Drug is one of the best in the valley and well respected.  California Armenian Home decides to go with PrimAmerica a non-Armenian pharmaceutical firm.  Whilest the cousin of the board President is a Pharmacist (worked in Sacramento) [that is another story about the board president's family members serving with her on the board to protect her poor decisions]
California Armenian Home uses very little Armenian businesses and services, yet wants donations from businesses that have never made close to the salary that the CT (Croatian Turk) has made.  CT's salary is $150,000 per year and she is rewarded for passing audits -additional $20,000 that is a whopping $170,000 per year.  While this is common practice in larger nursing homes, why would someone be rewarded for doing their job?  This could explain the many cutting of corners to pass audits- we all know that the Croatian Turk loves money.  Maybe she took a suitcase full of cash on her visit to Croatia - or perhaps it is a one-way ticket to avoid the laundery list of audits that will be comming up.

We are told that CT (who has left the country as we write this- maybe to avoid the additional audits )  believes she is worth more money.  This is more than the Medical Director makes and many other Physicians who ACTUALLY have a degree.  Speaking of Medical Director, the facility pushes non-Armenian physicians one of which is Punjabi who closed his private practice to "consult" with nursing homes.  For showing up a bare minimum of 8 hours a month, it isn't bad dough - although no where near $170,000 that the Croatian Turk makes.  Seriously CT THINKS she is a doctor, and has even signed their tax returns as a CPA.  A jack of all trades and a master at nothing except playing dirty politics that have gotten her no where except NO MONEY from the Armenian Community.

The facility Attorney is also non-Armenian, he is a 75 year old Dago who is money grabbing from the Armenians via the Raisin Advisory Board and Fresno Grand Opera that he is affilated with.  But make no mistake about it, he has been in court against many Armenians : Edna Garabedian, and the Lion's Brothers Packing.  Hopefully Eddie Jr. won't put him at CAH when his time is up (which appears to be soon judging from his confusion of proper paperwork, dates and other issues)

The Attorneys and Judges of Fresno County include over 25% that are Armenian, why do they want nothing to do with California Armenian Home?  Because of the politics, but will do extra outside work for them on a needed basis (we are told by one criminal Armenian Attorney)   The facility saves a bit of money using a semi-retired Dago who is on a retainer.
Here is the web site of the Armenian Bar Association.

So money grab away you non-Armenian vendors, we hope you get more and more money from the facility.  In fact, we would like to help you get even more.  Hell, the Armenian groups in the community even have to pay CAH for the use of the AACL  rental for events.  Such as why we choose to have our events elsewhere - support the Armenian Center by having your events there.  Or at the Camp Pashayan on Weber, near Hwy 99 - both are nice facilities.

California Armenian Home

This facility doesn't hire any Armenians higher up than menial work.  Out of 120 workers (listed on 990 tax returns) there is Armenians in maintence, janitorial and working in the kitchen.  All are immigrants and in need of employment.  Why is this place so worried about hiring educated Armenians?  After all it was Armenians that worked hard, sacrificed their time to build the home for the survivors of Genocide.
Many of us had grandparents who were orphaned by the Turks (the cousins of the Croatians) We understood they need love and care as they aged because many had no childhood as it was robbed from them by killers who practiced ethnic cleansing.

An Armenian lady who was loved by the community was fired by the Croatian Turk aka CT- that is the Administrator.  A fake phony who has declared on more than one occasion that she is a "Medical Doctor".  So phony she got a facelift and conned the Home Guild into putting in a gym for the employees that she regularly works out in.  Here is one example of her posing as a physician using an address in San Diego.  (We are told this is where the CT worked when she was dismissed from the California Armenian Home)  But like a dirty virus she is back.

Why does CT pose as a Medical Doctor while using addresses in San Diego and Fresno?

To the Croatian Turk, quit sniffing around the Armenian community for money.  They despise you and your enabler.  You have no clout and are a bigot.  You treat Armenians like shit,  yet have your hand open for more and more money.  Stay away from our churches, you have no business near them.  The next time you are dismissed from your job, don't come back.  Your enabler won't be there forever.

Tough luck, you will have to make due with the $14+ million you soak from MediCare and MediCal.
Armenians are choosing to go elsewhere for their needs - there are many other nicer places in Fresno than your money pit.

BTW, the community also laughs at the way you dress.  They call you a "two bit hussy"

Stop hiring friends and family, the founding fathers are rolling over in their graves.

Los Angeles Armenian home is fantastic!!!  They hire a good mix of people and have fantastic talent.

California Armenian Home- Criminal pasts of Nursing home workers explored

Study Finds Criminal Pasts of Nursing Home Workers

WASHINGTON — More than 90 percent of nursing homes employ one or more people who have been convicted of at least one crime, federal investigators said Wednesday in a new report. In addition, they said, 5 percent of all nursing home employees have at least one criminal conviction.
The report was issued by Daniel R. Levinson, inspector general of the Department of Health and Human Services, who obtained the names of more than 35,000 nursing home employees and then checked with the Federal Bureau of Investigation to see if they had criminal records.
“Our analysis of F.B.I. criminal history records revealed that 92 percent of nursing facilities employed at least one individual with at least one criminal conviction,” Mr. Levinson said. “Nearly half of nursing facilities employed five or more individuals with at least one conviction. For example, a nursing facility with a total of 164 employees had 34 employees with at least one conviction each.”
Charlene A. Harrington, a professor at the School of Nursing of the University of California, San Francisco, said: “This sounds like a very important study. It cries out for additional regulation. Residents in these homes are so vulnerable.”
The inspector general said that no federal law or regulation specifically required nursing homes to check federal or state criminal history records for prospective employees. Ten states require a check of F.B.I. and state records, Mr. Levinson said, while 33 require a check of state records, and the remainder do not have explicit requirements.
Given the patchwork of requirements, people convicted of crimes in one state have been able to obtain jobs at nursing homes in other states. Moreover, Mr. Levinson said, “Some states allow individual nursing facilities to make decisions regarding the employability of individuals with criminal convictions, while others rely on a state agency.”
Senator Herb Kohl, Democrat of Wisconsin, who has investigated nursing homes as chairman of the Aging Committee, said: “The current system of background checks is haphazard, inconsistent and full of gaping holes in many states. Predators can easily evade detection during the hiring process, securing jobs that allow them to assault, abuse and steal from defenseless elders.”
The most common types of conviction were for crimes against property, like burglary, and drug-related offenses. But some nursing home employees had been convicted of crimes against persons, like assault.
Federal rules say that nursing homes must not employ people who have been found guilty of abusing, neglecting or mistreating patients. But F.B.I. records do not always indicate if the victim was a nursing home resident.
Most of the convictions occurred before the offenders began working in nursing homes. But for 16 percent of employees with convictions, the most recent offense occurred after they had started work in a nursing home.
Joshua M. Wiener, an expert on long-term care at RTI International, a nonprofit research institute, said nursing homes had historically had difficulty recruiting and retaining employees, especially nurse’s aides, who he said were paid an average starting wage of $10 an hour.
Dr. Harrington said that many nursing homes did background checks in a perfunctory way, and that some did not check people who applied for housekeeping, food service or laundry jobs.
“Even some of the better nursing homes have problems with theft, rampant theft of residents’ clothing and personal possessions, including jewelry,” Dr. Harrington said. “People convicted of crimes are often left alone with nursing home residents because the supervision of care is, in many homes, very inadequate.”
The new health care law offers $160 million to states to improve criminal background checks on prospective employees at nursing homes and other providers of long-term care.

California Armenian Home and Croatian Turks, the killer among us

Armenian and Serbian flags, together as brothers ALWAYS

Croatia guilty of Ethnic Cleansing of Serbian Christian Brothers
Croatians sided with Hitler and had death camps against our Serbian Christian Brothers.  Croatians were also communists and share with the Turks a history of Ethnic Cleansing.
Croatian Turks and examples of their bloody Ethnic slaughter of Jews, Serbians and others.
Copy of letter to Washington Times:
I would like to thank The Washington Times for publishing Yugo Kovach’s April 19 letter, “Croatia owes Serbs an apology.” However, in order to fully understand why the Serbian people deserve an apology from the government of Croatia, consider several facts.
It is a fact that 14,000 Serbian men, women and children were killed in August 1995 by Croatian forces during Operation Storm in the Krajina region of Croatia. Commanding the operation with massive U.S. support was Brig. Gen. Agim Ceku, an ethnic Kosovo Albanian warlord who was later arrested for war crimes. In 1999, journalist Charles Krauthammer described Operation Storm in Newsweek as “the largest ethnic cleansing of the entire Balkan wars. Investigators with the war crimes tribunal in The Hague have concluded that this campaign was carried out with brutality, wanton murder and indiscriminate shelling of civilians.”
As The Washington Times reported on Sept. 5, 1995, Croatian soldiers were given heroin or cocaine twice daily in order to help them face the expulsion of Croatian Serbs from Krajina. A Croatian soldier, identified only as Davor, stated in news reports, “To attack villages, to cut throats and to kill in cold blood you need a strong anesthetic - a shot of heroin or cocaine was ideal.” This report was also substantiated in the Guardian on Sept. 1, 1995.
According to a June 1997 Washington Times story: “A German tank rolls through a small village, and the peasants rush out, lining the road with their right arm raised in a Nazi salute as they chant ‘Heil Hitler!’ Mobs chase [Serb] minorities from their homes, kicking them and pelting them with eggs as they flee into the woods.”
As his loyal ally, Adolf Hitler declared Croatia an independent state in 1941. Today Croatia, through Operation Storm, achieved the pure ethnic Croatian state that Hitler could only promise.
Unfortunately, I don’t think Mr. Kovach nor any other Serb can expect an apology from the government of Croatia any more than we can expect an apology from Turkey for the genocide of Armenians, Greeks and Assyrians in Asia Minor during the World War I era.
