California Armenian Home and the Employee Handbook or lack of?

Employee Handbooks for Healthcare workers is very important as it incorporates laws and regulations that if broken are a liability for the facility in which they work.  Most healthcare facilities have an Employment and Health Care specialty Attorney draw up their handbook along with government provided templates.

Rule #1- Give the family and patient privacy, if you are asked to leave their room you should comply with this privacy request instead of refusing to leave and instead try and call the police on the farmily/resident which is the customer

Rule #2- Do not eavesdrop on family conversations that are none of your business, then repeat them under your terms.

Rule #3-Don't think for a moment you can take photos on the floor or leave your nursing station to visit, cajole and gossip with other stations.

Rule #4-Clean up your appearance and hide all tatoos.  Clean and pressed smocks free of spots and odors.

Rule #5-Be professional at all times, do not blurt out diagnosis about the patient/resident.  You are not a doctor or a Registered Nurse.  LVN bridge to RN is a thing of the past, most legit facilities don't honor the online classes for bridging.

Lastly, never threatened family members with the police and then try to talk to the police (who is Armenian) about how you have been hurt, harmed or feel threatened.  Lying to Workman's Comp is never nice.  Especially when you have never taken a day off from work due to your so-called injuries or left the scene in an ambulance.

Causing trouble is not a good reputation to have in a healthcare community like FRESNO.

For your information you poor little thing with no pull, no clout or brains.

Definition of Employee Handbook:
An employee handbook, sometimes also known as an employee manual or staff handbook, is a book given to employees by an employer. Usually, the employee handbook contains information about company policies and procedures. In the USA it may also form part of an employee’s terms and conditions of employment.  In California all workers are “At will” meaning you can leave anytime and be let go anytime for no reason or just cause.
The employee handbook is an excellent place to bring together employment and job-related information which employees need to know, such as holiday arrangements, company rules and disciplinary and grievance procedures. It can also provide useful source of information to new staff as part of the induction process. A written employee handbook gives clear advice to employees and creates a culture where issues are dealt with fairly and consistently.

When the weeds are gone so will the government audits.  Until then they remain.  Hopefully Yuba Rottenbitch will be able to handle them.  But our sources tell us, Dr. Yuba (snicker giggles) is in WAY over her head.  Poor thing has no friends.  Hopefully she found her retirement home in Croatia, so she can make that $170,000 a year last.  We all know Rottenbitch loves money.

California Armenian Home---The Farmer and HIS crop.................

Fumigation of the Weeds is beginning and the new farmers will continue the clean up

The Farmer and his Crop....................

Over 50 years ago the hard working Farmer started his crop.  He had help from other farmers to develop, build and maintain his successful crop.  With the Farmers hard work, sacrifice and love of THEIR land, not to mention their reputation, they were hailed and honored with awards, DONATION$ and more land for growth.  The Farmer's names were their honor and they took pride in caring for their crop.

Through the years the farmers died their children and community grew tired of caring for the crop 24/7.  Their children became educated and successful, they decided to put in non-farmers and pay them for their work---only the non-farmers are not educated, don't care and merely wish to hire more non-farmers.
The standards were lowered, the farmers became mere workers for money to survive.  The non-farmers don't care about the original farmer's vision, passion or reputation...they only care about the paycheck.

The standards of the crop slipped to such a low point and weeds begin to over take the beautiful and successful crop.  Money stopped flowing into the crop from the farmer's family and community.  The government's money started to be the norm because the current non-workers and volunteers couldn't raise money because of the bar being set so low.

Friends and family of new workers were hired, soon they had their own camps and loyalities covering for each other's lack of professionalism.  Always playing the victim and pointing back at the Farmer's community as the problem.  These workers are cockroaches, rodents and slackers who soon destroyed the crop to the point were the government has to send in their team of fumigators to clean up the mess.

We don't blame the original farmers, they were tired.  They allowed and trusted non-farmers to continue the vision and dream only to have it replaced with weeds and infestation to enter and destroy the crop.  The rodents, cockroaches and slackers are merely trying to feed their families and recieve little money from the original farmers.  Their very existence and salaries are now greatly dependant on the government who is watching the non-workers and requesting changes to be made.

The crop is changing, the laws and standards are going to change.  The fumigation is starting and soon the weeds will be gone.  No longer will the farmers and his community be threatened or treated with disrespect to the crop and it's well being.  The crop is the most important thing and the non-farmers have not cared for the crop as they should.  The non-farmers who polluted the crop and gave the farm a bad name will soon scatter.  Hiding behind other non-farmers don't always have your back.  You need to go, if you abuse the crop you have no place around OUR farm.

That NEW farmer will be here soon.

California Armenian Home and the Vending Machines

We now have vending machines, isn't that nice of the board to decide to make more money off of our misery and already low wages.  If this is some sort of perk, where is the money from the vending machines going to?

First it was a gym, and now this.  what's next charging for parking at work?
