Los Angeles (April 02, 2013, 4:19 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Tuesday denied
an Illinois nursing home's bid for a new trial after it was hit with a $9
million verdict in a pair of nurses' case alleging it defrauded Medicare by
neglecting patients, ruling the court had already resolved the case.
